Child Care Links is an Early Childhood - Invest to Grow initiative, funded by the Australian Government under the Family Support program

The program is based at Athol Park Child & Family Centre with a focus on families and staff across two sites, the Athol Park Child & Family Centre and the Torrensville Child, Family and Montessori Centre.

Young Carers

 

UnitingCare Wesley Bowden’s Young Carers Program ‘Plan B’ is an Australian Government Initiative that is structured to attempt to keep Young Carers in Primary and Secondary education environments.

A ‘Young Carer’ is a young person (usually aged 5-18) who cares for a family member who may suffer from a physical disability, a mental illness or who may be frail aged.
